YOUNGSTERS from Ardrossan Academicals RFC have returned from making memories for a lifetime.

The club's under-16 side enjoyed a four-day tour of Northern Ireland at the end of March where they played one match against a local side.

The youngsters wasted no time on the trip and after arriving took the opportunity to explore the sights and sounds of Bushmills and Portrush.

Their game against their new friends at Ballymoney RFC followed with a terrific match played between the two sides.

It was the hosts who narrowly edged the encounter running out 26-19 winners on the day.

Though it did not dampen the spirits of the Accies team who continued their trip with a day out to the jungle to do an aerial assault course and play a few round of laser tag.

They then rounded off the trip with a walk to the giants causeway for a photo opportunity which could not be missed.
